My name is Rick Carrier and I am a local Mortgage Banker with 23 years’ experience as a loan officer. We are a direct lender with processing and underwriting in-house. The entire process from application to closing takes place within our offices. This enables us to have complete control over our loans, close loans quickly, & on time.
