DeAnn Ellis has been a leader in the mortgage industry for two decades. She built her knowledge in home lending by working for various lenders and previously owned her own mortgage company. She currently is Senior Loan Officer for Element Home Loans in Covington, Georgia. DeAnn and her team service all of Georgia and Florida.
Through the years, DeAnn has been recognized for her expertise and has earned Top Producer honors. She won the Element Home Loans President’s Club award in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021. She received the “Expert Network Distinguished Mortgage Professional Award”. DeAnn was also featured as a top mortgage professional and on the cover of the December 2015 edition of Top Agent Magazine and in 2017 DeAnn was on the cover of Featured Agent Magazine. DeAnn was recognized in the Top 1% Mortgage Originators by Mortgage Executive Magazine 2016-2021. She has won the top 100% club for customer satisfaction for customer service. She is also the author of The Mortgage Storm.
DeAnn is a member of the Newton County Chamber of Commerce, East Metro Women’s Council of Realtors® and the East Metro Board of Realtors® where she serves on various committees. She is also a member of Walton/Barrow Board of Realtors, Walton/Barrow Chamber of Commerce, and NAMAR (Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors). DeAnn is an instructor for American Real Estate University. She also serves on the board for Action Ministries, an agency established to feed children less fortunate.
